Many of you know about, or have participated in the Tour de Deuce in which two Fliskits rockets were touring the nation one state at a time.

I had the box for several of the last few years and after flying the rockets at NARAM in Cincinnatti, I sent them out and they returned to me a couple more times. Last year they went to West Virginia and we were working out how to fly them in North Dakota (I think). But they "got stuck" in WV for a while.

Then after being horribly busy in my personal life for a while, I decided to try to track down the rockets and get the tour started again. Only about six or eight states remained.

I finally got in touch with the guy that had the Tour de Deuce rockets in West Virginia only to have him tell me that he shipped them back to me back in July.

I never got them. But I wasn't sure that I should be expecting them either, so no one noticed.

Even at this late date, and without a receipt, he's checking with the post office, but I don't hold out much hope at this point.

After flying in forty plus states they just disappeared.

I hope everyone that know what these are will be on the lookout for them at your local and regional launches as well as on Ebay, etc. Perhaps they'll show up somewhere.

Sorry folks.

Sorry folks.

I flew it in Montana years ago. If you do find them I could take one to North Dakota and fly it. I still have lots of family there.

Do we have a picture of said rocket?

There are/were two of them. I have pictures somewhere, but at the moment, the year in question is inaccessible on my external drive for some reason.

Anyone else got your handy?
