I almost burst out laughing every time I hear these ads. Has anyone tried it? My brother (recently retired doctor) was aghast when he heard this for the first time. He worked long hours and didn't listen to the radio much until after he retired. He couldn't believe that they were allowed to advertise this stuff.

I like to save it up as long as possible and purge it all at once in an enormous tsunami.

Oh yeah- the left vegetable crisper bin (or the 'leftover drawer') just yesterday....my wife does not understand my need for Thai food of mass destruction

I ran my first half-marathon last Saturday. "Toxic sludge" is a good approximation of what happened afterward...

Somehow whenever I hear those commercials, I get the visual of (as my dear old dad says) "grass through a goose." The reason your belly is getting flatter is because you're $h!tting out all the nutrients you need to survive...
I think I'll pass...

I'm Type 2 diabetic. The doc had me on Metformin for a year. I quit taking it because, let's say, it disagreed with me...for a year... "Oh, you'll get used to it"...that's a no there, doc. Take your Atomic Strength X-Lax and keep it....

Go to market new refrigerators based on windovs 10. I expect deaths .. you know... updates.

LOL, yea Metformin did the same to me. I told my doc I don't take if for that same reason and he put me on something else. I moved, got a new doc and he took me off those meds, said I didn't need it.

+1 anyone who's had a colonoscopy knows how to get clean as a whistle inside. A day or two and over the counter products. My last procedure had me buying a bottle of sodium citrate (lemon flavor) and 2 bottles of miralax (7 normal doses each bottle). Mix a whole bottle of miralax with Gatorade and drink. drink the sodium citrate. Next day do the same with the other bottle of miralax and Gatorade. You will be sparkling on the inside. Total cost is about $25-30.

I laugh at those ads saying you have gunk built up inside. It doesn't happen. Your colon makes it's own "slime" to slide food waste out. Ain't noting sticking normally.
