Hello all you TRFers,

Some important dates for AIRFest 22 are approaching. You still have time, but don't put these off much longer, lest you forget.

Full details for each may be found at https://www.kloudbusters.org/airfest/

High Altitude Applications - Planned launches above 23,000' up to 50,000' must obtain prior approval. The form on the AIRFest 22 web-site must be completed and submitted to the Prefect 30 days in advance of the launch - that means these should be submitted by the end of July 2016.

Pre-Registration Cutoff - The discount pre-registration deadline is August 15, 2016 and you can pre-register from the web-site. Anyone who has been to a large KLOUDBusters launch before understands how EASY registration is if you pre-register. It is literally "grab-and-go". Save yourself $$$ money and time by pre-registering for AIRFest 22.

We're down to only about six weeks until AIRFest 22. I hope you plan to come join us this year - it will be great.

One last thing - Range Duty volunteers are needed. The ONLY way to enter the AIRFest 22 raffle is to volunteer for range duty. Visit the web-site for details.

Thanks, --Lance.

Man, I can't wait for this one...
I am so psyched....

I'm just boosting this to the top one more time.

If you have a flight planned for AIRFest 22 that will exceed 23,000' altitude, please get your High Altitude Application submitted by this weekend. Full details on the AIRFest 22 web-page.

Thanks, --Lance.

OK folks. We're counting down just a few more days until the AIRFest 22 pre-registration cut-off. August 15, 2016 is the end.

Please browse to https://www.kloudbusters.org/airfest/ and choose the "Registration" menu option. Cost for the 4 days of flying if you pre-register is just $45 but if you wait it is $60. T-Shirts and extra Burger Blast tickets are guaranteed if you pre-register, but will be limited at the field.

While you're at the AIRFest 22 web-site to pre-register please take the opportunity to sign-up for some range duty time as well. If every AIRFest flyer were to take 2 shifts of range duty - that's just 4 hours - we would easily have the whole thing covered. Also, the vendors donate some really great prizes for the Volunteer-Only raffle. Please pitch in - it is greatly appreciated.

Am I correct that only TRA folks able to work range jobs, or can a NAR only person volunteer for some positions?
