Well organized launch... lots of pads, few waits, lots of help. Lots of rocketry vendors and a food vendor on site - Thanks ROC.

Weather was good when the wind was not gusting each afternoon.

Pads - 3 columns with 3 banks each... fast loading and launching. Lots of help at LCO/RSO areas.

Good Crowd, but not as large as I'd expect. Lots of vendors in attendance, good to shake hands with the folks who have all my money.

My Launch HQ under the California flag.

Some of my launches:

Seven flights planned, got off six due to launch days shorten by wicked wind. Only one flight didn't work out, 2nd stage on two stage Double Shot didn't ignite, no damage.

Very nice report.

+1000! Geez, that was just downright professional stuff there, Mr Robb. I have got to talk to you! Nibbles launch vehicle at 1;34. Gary's (Fuddrucker) beautiful daughters caught the same sunset just out side my camp Thurs as well. Just a sterling job, mate. Thanks for posting!

Submit this to Rockets Magazine as apparently because of a lot of California bureaucratic red tape they could not attend the launch and are looking for stories and pics.

Hey!
I'm in two of those pictures!

M

And well you should be, Sir! Thanks for the time (always too short) and anecdotes. I'd love to sit around a (Non-windy) fire and swap memories. Can't promise I won't wear that obnoxious Happy Face T-shirt tho'-never did hook up with Bill Worsauer-only regret of the launch.

Thanks, I have two sony camcorder on tripods recording the launch, a Kodak SP360 at the pad, my Pentax K20D for glamour shots, a Casio EXILIM EX-F1 that can take 60 - 6 megapixel image/sec at lift off, and U8 USB spy camera tape to rocket for inflight havoc. And my Iphone for all these are out reach. Amazing amount of blurry photos and folks walking in front of cameras just at lift off.

All slap together with iMovies on a iMac.
