Shout out to Fruity Chutes

Recently I placed an order with Gene @ Fruity Chutes for a couple TARC chutes sizes 16" and 20" I was very impressed as always with the quality and craftsmanship involved, not to mentioned the outstanding service!! In the past I had ordered a 20" and 24" unfortunately I lost the 20" due to a broken shock cord and it drifted away or is somewhere out in the Lucerne Valley desert. Aside from the materials used to make these chutes for me the biggest selling point is the way the shroud lines are sewn to where they do not cross each other, which allows for easy alignment and packing. I sold countless chutes that came with kits because I didn't like the way the lines were sewn. You can also order the TARC chutes with a bridle which allows you to use a quick link and it helps keep everything nice and straight. The two black and yellow are the new chutes whereas the 3 color chute is the 24" which I ordered a couple years back. I also like the way each chute has a label sewn inside that details the size and date it was made.

I'll be shipping the 16" and 24" back to get the bridles installed.

Gene is one of the nicest guys I know and takes a lot of pride in his work. After my failed L3 attempt he inspected my 60" Iris Ultra and said it looked great but the lines had gotten looped and tangled on themselves. He offered to take it home and untangle it for me. He also offered to inspect and repair the shock cords/harnesses that he could.
