When we cut the cable, we were left with quite a bit of coax, basically shielded 2 conductor wire that doesn't coil well.

Scrap it, or is there any possible rocketry application? Or possibly, home security application (i.e to connect cameras to a base station, or...)?

Thanks all!

If you're a ham radio operator, it makes great tuning stubs for homebrew antennae. Heck, it even makes decent feedline for ham radio antennae, even though it's nominally 75-ohm instead for 50-ohm. Lower loss, compared to most 50-ohm cables.

Unfortunately I am not a ham radio operator. My wife, though, will roll her eyes as she describes what a ham I am otherwise!
