interesting how i thought i didn't need this in the 80's... abet, i was poor LOL.! When flying in Lucerne Valley CA.. basically you could get any motor on the day of the flight.. whether or not you had any cert. HAHAHAHA.. it was wild.. and many black powder CATO's. i won't say the name of the rocket supplier... because he's still in business.
