I got an automated call "from FedEx". It blabbered on for more than 3 seconds, so I hung up. Package was delivered next day. I'll never know what the robot was saying. 😒🥊🤖
 
I get these all the time. I look at who the email is addressed to. So many times it’s not even me, or if it is me it also has a few hundred other names attached to it.
The next items I look at is spelling and syntax. Non English speakers often don’t get it right.
If I have doubts I don’t click the link but type in the URL manually.
I’ve had them from FEDEX, UPS, USPS, so many from Amazon and FakeBook. (I’ve never had a FakeBook account!)
Now I don’t even look, I just delete them. The FakeBook notices I set a rule to just permanently delete before arrival in my IN box.

or teh address in the e-mail is from a US address..

Uh, i'm in Canada..
