I look forward to hearing how its lander and Rover do, but I think those don't deploy for several months yet.

Suddenly it's the 1970's all over again.

China is apparently planning to put people on the moon within the next 10 years.

If they keep this up, they will also be the first to land people on Mars.

Meanwhile, deep political divisions in the US keep us from accomplishing much of anything.

I'm not sure if we could pull off another Apollo program even if we wanted to.
