That is one mean judge

So this 71 year old guy walks into a bank and hands the teller a note saying that he has a gun and that they need to give him all the cash. They give him $2,924, but he just stands there and waits for the cops to arrive. After they arrest him they ask him why he did it. He says he had a big fight with his wife and wanted to go to jail rather than go back and live with his wife.

So what did the judge do? Sentenced him to 6 months HOME confinement and no jail time!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:
