The Star Clipper Rocket glider is based on a future business and VIP class orbital space plane. I designed the model to be very simple to construct. The wings are pre-joined and spars and elevons are pre-installed, the fuselage tube is pre-slotted for the vertical stab and rail buttons are already installed. The low mounted wing with dihedral helps with stability in glide mode. The flight surfaces are high quality 6mm depron. Assemebly takes about an hour and a half and no painting is required. 2.6″ diameter, 36″ length, 23.5″ wingspan, 10.5 oz ready to fly. For E-6 motors only. I used some left over Orbital decals I had, but the stickershock markings I worked up with Mark will say Star Clipper.
