Do un evan epoxy bonds destabilize the rocket? Or does it reallt make that much of a diffrence under 2 G's?

What do you mean by an epoxy bond? A fillet?

- Nick

Yes exactly. But when i tried to spell it it dident look rite so I tride to descibe it

I would say you won't have a problem if your fillets are different in size. The main stability comes from the fins and the relationship between your Center of Pressure and your Center of Gravity. You want your CG closer to the nose than your CP.

The fillets will have very little effect on this relationship.

They will impact drag.

This thing is going to have soooo much drag then. Oh well I got it for low loud flights.:D

Fillets affect drag; they add a little bit more area to the width-wise cross section of a rocket, but not so much that you're going to lose a noticeable amount of altitude.

And because epoxy is >relatively< lightweight, it won't shift the CG much.

Iam sure the rocket it self is about the same weight as all the epoxy I got. Its a LOC 4-29ss so theres a lot to use.
