I haven't made this but I'm very sure it would have made it easier to assemble the Quark I made. Heck, it's three pieces of wood, one chunk of scrap metal, some magnets and other hardware. How to make it is in Instructables, and some interesting comments on it can be found on Hackaday including a soldering method for those of us with shaky hands, that doesn't require a vice.
