Scratch-Built launch for fourth-grade class

I have some videos from a few weeks ago at a launch for my wife’s fourth-graders. They are each about 38MBs and this says they are too large to upload. Any idea how I can do that?

They now want to build their own.

Youtube is the obvious solution, although maybe not OK to post the kids' likenesses to social media. Although TRF counts as social media as well, so....

Anyway, if you're determined to post them *here*, then the only way I can think of is to shrink them down by lowering the resolution and/or frame rate and/or quality settings and/or whatever else you need in order to make them fit.
