The PicoAPRS V4 is an extremely small VHF transceiver with built in GPS and APRS capability. It looks like it’s on sale for about $320 at the https://www.wimo.com/en/picoaprs page. You can also get it from DXEngineering in the USA.
The SMA antenna mount is somewhat fragile for an item that should be pocketable “everyday carry”. And the 1W transmit power might be OK for a city, or use at the flying field, but isn’t all that useful for rural locations. But it’s so cute!
