Just received an order yesterday and really I can't say enough good things about him, but I'll try..
First , Ted is super friendly, he spent time discussing with me through email about my idea of what I was wanting, then he offered advice on how he might approach it a little differently, what sizes he would use, etc. He sent pics, gave me reasoning behind his opinions, it was great.
Second, Ted just makes an awesome product, its not gonna fail. Stitching is clean and precise, all rolled up so beautifully, and packed very well.
Lastly he had all of my order done and ready to mail the day after we spoke. Can't beat that these days.
