Newest space ship from Estes!

I just picked up one of these cute little things:



It is a blast! Surprisingly fast yet also very stable. I haven't tried it outdoors yet because it is way too windy, but zipping around the office has been great fun.

It is only a few weeks old and isn't even on Estes web site. I picked it up at my local hobby town for $40. There's a big thread on rcgroups about it.

This thing is really fun. I ordered a new transmitter for it that allows you do do flips and increase the rates. Then it will be really fun!

I got the new tx for this thing so I can do flips with it. The method of performing a flip is a little strange, but it does work! It loses a lot more altitude during a flip than my syma x1, so I can't really do it in my office.

the new tx is MUCH bigger so it makes flying this thing way easier. you can also turn the leds on and off with the tx and in expert mode (high rates), it is much faster. well worth the $18.
