Newbe Question: OpenRocket Stability

So I am running OpenRocket to check my plans to duel deploy a Estes Ascender. Presently I think I have it about right, however OpenRocket says my stability = 3.02. I believe I have read that it is desired to be between 1 and 2. What risk if any would I face with a stability of 3?

It may weathercock in windy conditions. Otherwise I'd be fine with it.

The ascender is long enough it is overstable with a margin of 3 cal. Like CarVac said, it won't fly perfectly in wind but will be fine.
