Miss Riley nozzle and fin measurements wanted.

I'm planning to use my Estes Executioner kit to build a Miss Riley rocket. I'll design the nozzle in Tinkerkad and 3D print it. I could try to get the measurements right from screen grabs from the movie but I know there were some Miss Riley kits sold a while ago. If I can get the measurements from someone who got a kit I would prefer that. If you are able, could you please provide the measurements pictured below, and the body tube OD so I can scale it right. Thanks.
