True. And it helps if the chute is solidly built and packed for a controlled deployment to inflation sequence. I had a 6' ellipsoid eject from a 10 lb airframe coming down at 220 fps. Both survived undamaged. I still fly the chute.

Why would you buy the wrong swivel from Amazon when the right swivel is driven right to the field for you ??

I don't know what to tell you Teddy, I'm just trying to go forward. Every time I make a simple post. I get responses like yours, no disrespect. I was there once, it was my third launch day ever after getting back into this in May. I've always just flown low/mid power. Never high power yet. We talked, and honestly you probably won't remember me. I haven't done this in a long time, and now getting into high power. And was there just to check it out and gain some knowledge. So I've done what guys above said to "Go to a launch". I had no clue a vendor, well vendors would even be there....This is all new to me, and like every other thing I've gotten into, they have vendors that sell you the stuff you need. I had not even heard of you until I was sitting in the car looking at your trucks license plate Sept 9th during the rain storm, right before that L2 K360 went up. Those swivels are for certain rockets and I don't see anything wrong with them. I've looked at your web page, matter a fact its an open page on my phone. I couldn't find any ordering info or parts to buy..I was going to buy from you...

Are you going to be there this Nov 4th and 5th? I will need a L1 Certification motor. And I'll look at the harness stuff you have closer this time. I wasn't planning on doing the attempt this year either. I brought no extra money with me last time also, so as a non paying person I didn't want to bother you and was physically not well that day. I sent a few messages through your Facebook page but haven't heard back. I was very close to sending an email to see if you were going Nov 4th and 5th to URRG.

Lol,
Ohh please, don't take offense..
I always post like that when someone posts that they're buying from Amazon or such something that any vendor sells on the field.
If all is bought online through the mail from a giant then when you need something on the field it won't be there.
That's just inevitable math.
Please, whatever you do, don't take any offense from me, I just don't put out any negativity, just laughs and warm fuzzies, lol..
No, I don't remember you. but there are many and I don't even know who you are now and I'm speaking with you, lol.
I don't have "Buy" buttons on my site for everything for a reason.
The shipping calculations on my site are extremely simple,
I have this on my home page--

This website is extremely simple in the way it calculates shipping charges.
All it knows how to do is stack shipping charges for dissimilar items,
and add nothing for multiples of the same item..
Example-
if you want a 2 loop and a 3 loop harness of the same material it will stack two shipping charges on.
This is not correct..
It is because of this I am constantly refunding excess shipping charges,
and asking for a dollar or two more for shipping when two of the same harnesses are purchased..
Shipping charges will be determined in house, after we have everything in the order..
Any excess shipping charges will be refunded,
and a dollar or two outstanding for shipping will be requested.
Don't let this affect how you place your order..

Anything you'd like from me just send me an email with a list.
I'll reply bake with an invoice.
You pay it, I ship.

By this methode of doing business I can't have money put in my account for something I don't have in my possession to ship.
I don'y like owing someone any type of product, I'd rather just ship and the order is over.
It's easier for me that way.

I do not use any form of communication but email.

I am at two clubs monthly launches every month.
URRG in Potter NY and METRA in Pine Island NY..

Take care man.

See you in Potter..

Ok, thank you Teddy! We met then, you showed me your 2 rocket kits and motor you sell. Then the one Jr member needed an H138 for his Zephyr cert flight. No offense I was having a bad day yesterday, depression is no fun and unfortunately get the best of me. I apologize myself. Im also working with very limited funds(another stress adder) at the moment so I'm trying to plan out as much as I can. The IRS owes me quite a few thoudand that they have been just horrible to deal with going to back to 2020 with this. Also I'm trying to make it easier for me physically. I will be there the 4th and or 5th for my cert attempt. See you then.

Thank you,

Michael B.

Well heres what I used and it held up up well after a freak motor ejection a little after 2 seconds. I had faith and kept my cool you can hear me...lol. Thanks too especially the guys up there and One Bad Hawk for my motor/ejection charge delay drilling tool!!

I've seen the various zipper stoppers, and the one guybhad a metal ring around the top of his on the outside. Id like to 3D print some things I have ideas for. I've already tested some, I just didnt have one for this. I make my own chute protectors too, so this flight was super cool.
