Launching a launch pad

I have too many launch pads because the starter sets are cool, and I’m to lazy to clone them... anyway, I had the bright idea of launching one of my launch pads on a D12-3 or something. Still a work in progress, it hasn’t launched

It’s a work in progress, I’m thinking about making the rod out of wood and a rear ejecting parachute

Using the plastic pads isn't the best idea...so said the RSO. I built and flew the abomination below. It is here on the forum, Liitle Davey's launch pad.
