Anyone planning on doing Hybrid at LDRS at Lucerene? I plan to. Contrail and Ratt (perhaps skyripper too....)

Mike K

I am still working towards a trip to LDRS, and I plan to fly a Contrail 98mm... John making me wish I had some 54mm SkyRipper t the moment.

I still have a full set of SkyRipper 54 and reloads. All of them and the Ratt and Contrails are still on the certified motor list. But I wonder about the CA cert status?
All motors must be listed by the Office of the State Fire Marshall to fly in California.
This currently includes motors from Aerotech, CTI, Quest, and Estes.
For other manufacturers, they probably will not be listed, so be prepared to show paperwork with a California OSFM stamp.
"Listed" is the term the OSFM uses, but unfortunately there is no public list. The motor, accompanying paperwork, or packaging must have the stamp.
