Well since we're talking fire prevention... my blast deflector is a 5 gallon bucket of water.

Do you get a steam cloud when you launch ?

I can't see the steam for the smoke in your launch pictures :)

Thanks !

Sure, well, a splash of water, and I'm sure there is some steam, but nothing like a Titan II.

If you watch the video, on 1/4 speed, you'll see a splash at 13 seconds, just after the motor fires. That's on a F42 motor.

I love it John !

I am not sure I relish the idea of carrying a 5-gal bucket 1/2 full of water ( ~20 lb ) 100 yards from my parking spot to the rail but ...

One of the rules that the landowner set is that we bring a fire extinguisher ... 2.5 gals of H2O is not a replacement but it could be fun with a G-Motor suspended about 18-inches above the surface of the water :)

Thanks for the Video !
