Estes PSII E2X Mammoths NC. Could it be an upscale for the BB II/Stiletto/Crossfire?

I've asked a number of times on Initiator001's thread, and still haven't gotten the answer I need... So, I'll start a fresh thread, and ask here. Concerning Estes PSII E2X Mammoth rocket...

I wonder if that NC would make a good foundation for a PSII based Black Brant II or BBIII.

I'm curious as to the exact shape/dimensions of the NC. Is it a cone, or does it have a shoulder behind the cone (which is my guess, based on the photographs)? I'm wondering if it'd make a good foundation for something like a Black Brant or Stiletto upscale.

I now know (thanks to hcmbanjo) that there is an untapered section behind the cone that is exposed, but not how long the sections of it are, or how long the NC is overall.

Inquiring mind wants to know.
