Turned out kinda scabbly looking. I did two coats of acrylic black and sprayed on some acrylic clear the next day. An hour later the paint had bubbled so bad that it was more of a fifteen-footer than a ten-footer. And the flight........wow. Just wow.

Just finished the MIRV build.
Metal duct tape for the nose cones, small crepe paper streamers, and a rather rough hand painted acrylic paint job with no clear coat over the decals. Can't wait for good weather to try this one, I hear it's spectacular.



Getting older has it's hazards. I saw gloss paint in the acrylic section with nice colors, only to find out when I got home that it was Glass Paint.
Next time I will use my reading glasses.
