Due to extremely dry conditions this year around the Argonia Rocket Pasture, KLOUDBusters has imposed the following limits in effect for Distant Thunder this coming weekend 11/13-14-2010.
1) A motor limit of 'L' impulse and below is being imposed. We are hemmed-in by dry weeds and seedling wheat and can not set the range to provide TRA Safety Code safe distance for 'M' and above projects.
2) Due to the extremely dry conditions, Sparky motors will NOT be allowed.
