I called them today and Ruby answered the phone and we had a great conversation. She ended up cutting the shipping cost almost in half for me besides having the kits discounted from the other retailers, so this is going to be one of the first places I look for rocket supplies.

I was heavily involved in two hobbies, rockets and trains, that had me dealing with countless retailers and manufactures and in all those years I can't recall any instance where I received anything but great customer service from them.

When you take into consideration that virtually all of those businesses were "Mom-and-Pop" operations and that they probably had to deal with a whopping number of customer service calls*, e-mails etc. this is truly remarkable and says a lot about the folks that get involved in these businesses.
