Miter saw. I wrap a piece of masking tape around the tube covering where I want to cut, and mark it with a Sharpie.

So would you say that a table saw with a 80 tooth blade would work? I don't have a miter saw.

Yes, a table saw will work. Make a -stop- for the tube and rotate it slowly...you should be fine.

Yes, a laminate blade will work fine. It will not have carbide tips but that's not an issue with cutting your tube. You'll be fine....
