Ok, so this will be my first entirely scratch built rocket. I certainly would not even be this far along were it not for the exceptional support and encouragement that I have received from several of the TRF geniuses! You know who you are, so thank you! (I could call you out, but I am not sure that is appropriate!) I have a rocket that flies really well in Rocksim, but I don't have the exactly correct nosecone uploaded yet. I expect to make three versions of this rocket -- one with fins, one with a flip out fin can for tube launch and one with a TVC that will launch from a pad. But for the time being, I am going to focus my efforts on making this build as clean and nice and complete as possible. So right now, Cooper II stands 46 inches tall -- without a section at the bottom for the main engines -- and I expect the rocket to be just over 50 inches when the engine section is added.
