Author of Vim passes away

Bram Moolenaar. While maybe not a household name, those who've been programming for a while will know what Vim is and how ubiquitous it still is, and the source of many 'no, the editor I use is better' arguments. Plus, he was only 62, an age that is close to many of us in this hobby.

Yep. I'm a programmer and have to use Vim sometimes. Cumbersome, but handy.

First screen-oriented editor I used was Bill Joy's vi on BSD 4.2 back in the early 80s. I installed Linux as my daily driver, so of course I use vim! Sad to see Bram passed away.
