I've never seen that cone offered sale other than In a kit , however you can get them directly from estes. I have a couple extra silver comet versions If that would work.

you can get the balsa version from bms ,semroc ect...

Last year I bought them directly from Estes. They will only sell you three at a time. Total cost with shipping was around $20. Do a search for the phone number and give them a call.

I got mine from Balsa Machining Service.
Then, I got a plastic one from BRS Hobbies but it looks like there are none currently avaialble.

Both were great.
