I've listed another batch of nichrome wire on eBay.

Well, once again those sold using "Buy It Now" in less than a day.

Obviously I'm not charging enough.

Anyway, this week I added a quick photo to the listing. It shows a regular Quest controller with a 9 volt alkaline battery (that had been used a few times) heating up a relatively long piece of 31 guage nichrome wire. Notice how it glows red hot at the coiled tip.

I had a beginner family at our club launch on Saturday use their Estes controller with 4 AA batteries and it heated the igniter wire within one second and the rocket launched great - and I had told them it might not have enough power to do so.
