Today my beta test baffle arrived from Thrust Line Aerospace. The coupler used is a thick walled coupler about as thick as LOC/Precision couples and comes with kevlar thread. The bluckheads come predrilled with the holes and are made of 1/8" ply. Thanks Thrust Line for this great product.
