For those of you living in the Southwest, I just heard through the grapevine that Andy Woerner is planning on launching a rocket this weekend at Plaster City that is expected to hit 28,000 feet. I don't have any other details than that.

The waiver for DART is 25,000 Feet I think correct me if I'm wrong unless Andy is calling in a 30,000 feet window.

The Plaster City launches are indeed a 25000 foot standard ceiling, so I'm guessing that Andy has called in for the required FAA paperwork. (Technically, that launch site is TRASD, not DART, but not too many people really care, since the dividing line is about as well defined as the difference between "eggshell" and "ivory" in paint colors.)
