Always Keep Your Rocket Safe and Stable Presentation

Our club supports TARC. We find that we are getting some innovative looking rockets that the students want to fly for fun. Many of the rockets are unstable/unsafe because the fins too far forward, no recovery device or motor has too little thrust. I came up with a presentation to use as an aid to avoid these problems.
