DARS (https://www.dars.org/) is hosting the North Texas High Power launch Feb 19 and 20 at the Windom launch site
https://texaslaunchcalendar.org/windom.htm
Hours are 10:00 am till 5:00 pm Saturday,
9:00 am till 3:00 pm Sunday

Windom is appx 80 miles NE of downtown Dallas.

The Windom site has 1,600 acres of cleared recovery area and is
“L” ready and “M” capable. Waivers are for 10,000ft AGL with
windows to 23,000ft AGL. Level 3 flyers must contact Buzz at
[email protected] for details or possible restrictions.

There will be NOX, O2 and GSE available on site for commercial hybrids.

NAR High Power Rocketry Safety Code rules will be in effect. A
current NAR or TRA card will be required for high power flyers.
This event is for all ages. Model rocket pads will be available for
non high power flyers.

Despite evidence to the contrary, only one piece of which is the
DARS page at Texas Launch Calendar (link above), the R in DARS
stands for "Rocket".

The DARS/NTHP launch is commercial only.
