I guess if it's too windy to fly you can always use em for indoor recreation....

Rugby players would have trouble pulling those over their heads, and inflating them!

It does make you wonder how he thought of this idea! Did he find he was missing a streamer, one launch day, and then remembered what he keeps in his wallet 'just in case".

not all that much different than the "wind-sock" streamer that is very effective

of course, it *does* bring whole new meaning to the phrase "Practice safe silo"...
