Well, after a month of waiting, I finally have a shiny new main BT and coupler for my Satrun V which was mangled in shipping due to a poor packing job by the guy who sent it.
One call to her was all it took. I offered to buy them because it wasn't their fault but she wouldn't let me and instisted on sending the parts out free of charge. Unbelieveable especially considering it's an OOP kit!
Now that's what I call great customer service!
