I saw it in the local library .I think it's basically a teachers guide book if I remember correctly

Yes - I bought a copy. Not a bad book but not filled with technical details either. Basically it takes the reader through a process of designing modifications to rockets, buidlign and flying them. Kind of idea that you might have for a scout, youth club or school project.

If you know nothing about rockets and intend running a yoiuth activity it might give you some ideas, but if the aim is o improve your knowledge of rocketry there are better books out there!
