launch tower plans

hi
does any one have any plans preferably in CAD for a adjustable launch tower that is about 6" long and can take 29mm rockets to 6" monsters, if not can someone help me design one a CAD program, I'm thinking of using some 1" aluminum tubing for the guide rails connected with all thread to 1"-2" box tubing (i want something like giant leaps tower) that is all welded to a thick base (aluminum or steel)
