Estes Gemini Titan Gt-3 (k-21)

HI everyone, I'm trying to get back into the rocketry hobby and I want to build my old time favorite that I built as a teen. Has anyone here scratch built or cloned one. I need a parts list if anyone has one. I downloaded the instructions from JimZ site but estes doesn't make the same parts anymore.

Well, I think I can help.

To start out you will need to go to Totally Tubular and order some body tubes. All of his tubes are 34" long so you have to cut them.

You will need:

1 - BT-70 18" long (TT # T-70)
1 - BT60K 7" long (TT # T-60)
1 - BT-20B 8.65" long (TT # T-20
2 - BT-20G 3.50" long
1 1/8" launch lug (TT # LL-1/8"-12")
2 (or more) centering rings (TT # CR-U-f)

Order these (and don't forget to order a bunch of spare parts for more projects) from Totally Tubular

Then go to Balsa Machining Services and order a BNC-60AB Balsa Gemini Capsule.

And a whole bunch of little parts and "custom rings ya gotta make yourself.

Thnks Sandman, thats a good start. This is my first attempt at cloning, i've only done kits up to now.
