Hey guys, i'm looking for a good way to bevel the fins on my new BSD Sprint. (Fins are elliptical) And what angle should I bevel them to. Right now I do have a dremel with a router attachment. Any ideas?
 
You're probably going to have a pretty rough time beveling with a dremel. There is a good article on fin beveling here. They recommend using a benchtop sander and a jig. I believe the jig was made by John Coker. There is also a wealth of information on John's site.
