hey guys...
I was just wondering, is it true that a D12 has more thrust than a E9, but the E9 burns longer? I was wondering because, when I launch my scratch built maybe monday, I was going to launch it on a D, or E. THis will help me decide witch one will work best.
But for safety sake, I going to launch it on a C first.
I will take pics, It is a odd looking rocket
 
The D12 is a better first flight motor, because the initial spike of thrust is much stronger than the E9's . The E9 would most likely lift the rocket, but only in no wind conditions. The long burn of the E9 is really cool, but stay with the D12 to get and idea of how the rocket flies.
