I require a very cheap and easily formed material to make a static-testing rocket motor with. I have not the money or facilities to use metal.
Is concrete,or clay-cermaic a suitable material?.
The walls may be up to 30 cm.(1 foot) thick.
The rocket will use silver-mesh-catalysed hydrogen peroxide with veg.oil as the fuel.
Please suggest a heat resistant coating for the throat area.
Is pyrolytic-graphite practical and cheap enough?.
Thanks in advance for any info.

I doubt you'll find the expertise you'll need to answer your question here. You should probably try posting your question to the CHEMROC mailing list.

Thanks for your info.,Mark.
I want to build fixed H2O2/veg. oil rocket-motors to test various shapes and sizes and fuel injection configurations.
