Compatable Paints

After 5 years I finally managed to loosen a fin on my LOC Aura. (On a D12-3 flight - go figure). I decided to break off the fin as well as another that I always fell was glued a little to high on the body tube to make it stand straight. I sanded them down a little and I have them glued back on with epoxy rivets. Now what do I use for paint? I can not remember if I used Krylon or not. Being I do not remember what is on it now so I can not test it. I remember on RMR someone wrote down some rules about what paint can go on over what paint but can not find it.

Anyone remember the rules?

I see this is an older post, but, two thoughts:

I have found that I can paint over any paint if it has dried for at least 1 week. It is the 1 day or so after that I have had reactions.

Also, I have a table (at home) that I'll try to post this weekend.
