This past weekend, I completed building Jim Ball's Fin Alignment Jig. This is the coolest thing! Has anyone else ever built this or something similar? I'll post some pictures later of my version. I still can't get over how well this thing works. :)

I've had good results with a simple jig cut from cardboard. Works very well with TTW fins in the MPR/HPR range. Haven't tried it on LPRs yet. Only problem is that it only works for a given thickness and alignment of fins and diameter of body tube. But they're cheap, so no problem in having more than one.
