I can't think of any that fall primarily in the MPR range. PML has their 3" x 39" Bull Puppy that is a HPR kit launchable on a G64 or G80. They also have a 2.1" x 28" version thant flies on F through H motors.

They don't come with Decals, and they are basically just a Template for a Rocket in my Opinion.

Like one of those airplane kits that's a set of wheels, a pilot figure, and a list of balsa you have to buy? I think that was the end of one RC plane building period I went through
