Just had to share this...
Just found my RockSim CD, and in in the box was...
Email print out with owners code, and...
Flash drive with ALL my RockSim Files.
whoa-yea.
Thought all those files died with the old HD.
Appreently, cuz I don't remember do it, I backed em up to a flash drive!

That's way better than the time I found $40 in my winter coat pocket the first time I pulled it out of the back of the closet for the season...

And by "winter coat" I mean my "only coat"

I knew it was too goog to be true.
RockSim want's a file.
File on the flash drive is a .doc, not readable!!!
Looks like I'll be buying another key, darn it!
If you've bought it, you own it. Email Apogee, they'll get you set up.

I will second chadrog - Apogee is very good about allowing you to restore the software and key with very little to no hassle. An email or call to them will get it taken care of quickly. I speak from experience!

Explain the situation to them... it should be fine. I had to do a full reinstallation (I rebuilt my main PC, complete new OS installation). Had my "old" Rocksim 9 key printed out, just like you. I contacted Apogee before hand, and they told me they reworked the license authentication process, but made a new key for me without charge.

I've bought three different computers since I bought Rocksim, I've just let them know and they've emailed me a new key.
