If I see you at October Skies, would it be OK to give this rocket a little squeeze? I do not want to seem too forward, but I'm picking up a certain vibe from this rocket that I can't ignore!

Thirsty,

Just what is it that you're nursing in that cup anyways?

Sorry, I keep milking the cheezy puns...

Using a length of ABS pipe, I got the bulkhead epoxied into the forward body tube. The pipe sets the depth and holds the bulkhead level until the epoxy sets. I put a bead of epoxy around the back end for extra insurance.

Got the shock cord attached to the bulkhead u-bolt. This is 1/2" flat nylon webbing. Plenty of room inside for 24ft of webbing, and the dual chutes.

And of course, everybody knows that the color red has a lower drag coefficient than other colors, and will create fewer transitional artifacts.

Jim,I'm speechless! Also liked the cold in Calif. comment.Just speechless!Keep up the good work.

I think you've maxed out the cleavage exposure on this rocket.

And I have to ask but is it cold where you are???

Edit:I should have read all the comments....
