Estes JBR Build

I received this kit from Estes and thought it looked pretty cool so I had to build it. Straight forward build, quality parts from Estes and excellent laser cutting. The fins were coated with Balsa Sealer and primed with grey and white primer. I am still trying Rustoleum paints and this will be my second rocket with this paint.

I really like the Rustoleum enamels. They work well for me.

I must say this is a pretty nice looking rocket. At first it looked ok but after applying the decals I am impressed. Also I really like the the Rusto Stop Rust paint, went on smooth and has a high gloss. Much happier with this paint vs the 2X. Good design John and thank you Christine from Estes for the rocket. Now back to some vintage builds.
